What if my item arrives damaged or defective? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, no return necessary in most cases.
Can I cancel or change my order? Orders can be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase, before they enter processing. After that, we're unable to guarantee changes since the order may already be in fulfillment. Contact us as soon as possible.
